Position Title: Bilingual Technical Support
Pay Rate: $18-21/hr
Technologies/Skills:
- Must be bilingual in French or Spanish
- Phone/hands on support
- Windows/AD – support
- Any Linux OR POS Support experience would be a huge plus
Typical Day to Day:
Answer tier I/II calls from store employees and assisting with hardware/software support issues.
