Shifts needed to be filled: 12:30pm-9pm, rotating schedule
Min. starting pay to be advertised: $18.20- more depending on experience
Start: – ASAP- as soon as we have a clear drug screen, and background
Overview:
sell large appliances, call center supports store and customers scheduling delivery and delivery process, will look at someone green with retail, must have detail and can communicate well , they can teach systems BUT must have computer experience
heavy on the phone and computer, call center environment, very busy, working with customers and a lot of them are upset about something, delivery is not there or something is wrong, understand they are at a desk in a call center
