Liaison Placement and Consulting Services has recently partnered with a General Contractor looking to hire a Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience to oversee all commercial construction projects ranging from $10 to $50 million in the Nashville, TN area.

The Project Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Pre-Construction Estimator during the pre-construction phase of the projects. This involvement would be on a macro level so that the Construction Project Manager understands the project when it transitions from pre-construction to construction. During the construction phase of the project, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact with the owner and design team
- Awarding and negotiating contracts with subcontractors
- Reviewing submittals
- Managing requests for information (RFIs)
- Creating and managing the project schedule
- Leading meetings with the owner and architect (OAC meetings)
- Leading meetings with subcontractors and superintendent
- Managing change orders
- Managing the invoicing both on the accounts payable and accounts receivable side
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Understanding of Sage Timberline Estimating Software, On-Screen Takeoff, ProCore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project/Excel
- LEED AP and OSHA 30 certifications are not required but would be a plus
