We have an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).Position Summary The HRIS Manager is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing new software solutions as well as manage existing software applications to support the Human Resources function. This position will primarily focus on Ardent’s third party Human Resources Information System applications, interfaces, and custom in-house applications. This position will coordinate and lead small to large-scale projects requiring multiple system resources. This position will collaborate & communicate with HR Leaders throughout the organization and serve as a functional & technical point-of-contact for third party HRIS systems as outlined. This position will also serve as the direct advisor and leader to Ardent’s internal HRIS system Administrators.Responsibilities:Coordinate strategy and schedule all optimization and launch efforts for the Talent Management, Applicant Tracking and Learning Management systems.Direct the work and assign the daily tasks and projects of HRIS system administratorsTrain and developLead the on-going development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and technical build for the Employee Health System (Midas) and supporting modules.Responsible for Power BI dashboard HR metric reporting, maintenance, and access.Responsible for the evaluation and technical build/interface of all third party HRIS applications as assignedProject management tasks creating, executing, and supporting full life-cycle system implementations as assigned.Oversee and deliver daily production break/fix support.Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned functional areas to assist subject matter experts in ensuring data integrity, system testing, and detailed analysis to identify process improvements.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and execute test cycles (integration and user acceptance testing) with functional end users and technical resources as product releases are made available.Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business related field, or relevant significant work experience.Minimum of 5 years of HRIS administration/programming experience.Minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred.Experience with Power BI, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), is required.Experience in designing, developing, and configuring applications using PeopleFluent is preferredExperience in ServiceNow, Lawson/Infor S3 HCM v.10.0.9, Lawson Add-Ins, HR Report Writer, Midas and Electronic Medical Record (EMR Software) is desiredExperience working with third-party enterprise software is requiredKnowledge/Skills/Abilities: Superior knowledge of and experience using programming languages, platforms, and data structures.Experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems to improve work processesSuperior knowledge of and experience applying application software development methodologiesPossesses superior interpersonal skills.
