We Are Hiring: RN Supervisor – Clinic – Full Time, hourly – Ascension Medical Group – Saint Thomas Heart Midtown Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm What You Will Do: Supervise day-to-day clinic operations. Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs. Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets. Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff. Apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures. Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules. Develop and implement performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes. Assist with the development of a marketing plan. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Current incumbents as of 4/30/18 have 6 Months (180 days) to obtain BLS. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition “Compact State” obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Work Experience: 1 year of experience required. Additional Preferences: No additional preferences.
