Liaison Placement and Consulting Services has recently partnered with a General Contractor near Nashville looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. RELOCATION IS WELCOME AND ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED
This company’s success since opening their doors 5 years ago has come from their expanding portfolio of services specializing in but not limited to building office spaces, healthcare facilities, strip malls, financial institutions and various retail projects. Most of these project’s range between 1 million to 10 million dollars. The Project Manager that will be joining the team will need to have experience overseeing multiple projects and have a history of completing projects ahead of schedule and under budget.
Below you will find an outline of what our client is requiring for an ideal candidate to be considered for the job.
Job Description:
• Provide leadership and act as a resource for the project team
• Assist in business development of new and existing clients
• Foster and enhance owner, architect, subcontractor and vendor relations.
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Review and execute contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to insure adherence to project
budget.
• Manage the quality assurance/quality control program.
• Produce project billings and monitor collection of accounts receivable
• Review and approve all vendor invoices and subcontractor payment applications
• Coordinate, lead and document all job meetings including owner meetings, preconstruction
meetings, weekly job site meetings, etc.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years verifiable experience in construction project management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be trustworthy and of strong character to conduct company business with integrity and
respectfulness
• The ability to multi task and oversee multiple projects
• Must be a team player with the personality to collaborate with other team members to solve
problems
• Software knowledge is preferred but not required. Our client uses RedBeam and ProCore
• Estimating experience is also preferred but not required.
