Due to our continued growth, Astrix is seeking qualified Laboratory Informatics professionals to join our Professional Services Division as full time/W2 employees.**Customer Success Manager**Customer Success Team Mission Statement –Leveraging Astrix’s Laboratory Informatics Services expertise and the team’s previous professional experience, we partner with customers on their digital transformation initiatives as technical and program trusted advisers to enable customers to reach their strategic goals faster and more efficiently.**Position Responsibilities:**Astrix is seeking an experienced candidate to work with Astrix sales, strategic consulting, and delivery teams to ensure that Astrix customers receive maximum value from Astrix Laboratory Informatics Services. Key responsibilities include:+ Develops Healthy Customer Relationship+ Evaluates and Analyzes Customer Needs+ Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients+ Acts as a Customer Advocate+ Promotes Customer Loyalty+ Work with sales/pre-sales team to identify and qualify client needs and opportunities.+ Lead client needs analysis and discovery discussions.+ Assist sales team with the development of client technical strategies.+ Work with delivery team to determine resource requirements.+ Work with sales to determine timeline, schedule, and costs.+ Present solution proposals to clients via oral presentations.+ Transition successful engagements to the delivery team.**Experience:**+ Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, computer science or related technical discipline.+ 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role (within own company or external).+ Candidates with experience supporting sales teams in a pre-sales and/or post-sales capacity preferred, and/or experience implementing enterprise scientific informatics solutions at a pharmaceutical, biotech, chemicals or CPG company.+ Experience in scientific informatics domains including ELN, LIMS, SDMS, and CDMS.+ Subject Matter Expertise in pharmaceutical/biotech processes for small and/or large molecule therapeutics from Research through Manufacturing.+ Good knowledge of the validation effort and tasks required for implementing and upgrading a GMP system.+ Strategic thinker with experience in developing and presenting proposals.+ Excellent business and technical writing skills.+ Working knowledge of a variety of technologies and platforms (SaaS, IaaS, On-Prem, Web Services, etc)+ Experience with Microsoft Project, Office and Visio.+ Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels (internal and external).+ Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment.+ Excellent facilitation and organizational skills.+ Strong critical / analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.+ High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic.**Position Specifics:**+ Some travel may be required.+ Salary commensurate with experience+ Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K and paid vacation/holidays.**Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Information**While the position you’re applying for may not be for a government role, Astrix is a governmental contractor and, as such, is required to collect certain information in its applicants.
