This position resides in the Customer Solutions team focused on any customer facing solution from processing claims to technical support. The Sales Communication & Support Manager will collaboratively carry out the subscriber retention strategy. He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies to include developing content for our broader frontline audience in addition to supporting strategic initiatives and project management tasks for the larger Enablement team. Strategic thinking and data driven decision-making will ensure information is delivered to the frontline efficiently and effectively. He/she will develop the tactical plans and creative content that support key initiatives, including a focus on sales-driving behaviors and customer retention efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within the Expert Performance and Operations teams
  • Develop content and communications strategies for key business initiatives, launches, best practices, and products.
  • Write and edit content that reflects our existing tone, is easy to understand, and follows Asurion standards.
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to support tracking data related to sales communications and contest initiatives
  • Collaborate with various teams across the business, such as the Sales Enablement, Pay, Change Management, Training, and Media teams.
  • Audit, maintain, and find opportunities to enhance current knowledgebases.
  • Analyze communications and event performance across multiple channels and lines of business, identify trends, determine business impact, and share story with leadership.
  • Support sales-related events and engagement initiatives at all stages.
  • Work cross-functionally with business leaders and partners to ensure alignment, identify new opportunities, and solve big problems.
  • Engage in weekly and sometimes daily meetings relevant to projects and team practices.
  • Ensure the vision, look, and feel of Asurion is maintained in all materials
  • Provide insight to and support incentive plan communications as needed
  • Demonstrate functional understanding of company s core financial performance
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding timing, goals, and objectives on assignments
  • Develops and delivers presentations to senior leadership to communicate proposals, initiatives, and progress

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and partner effectively across diverse internal organizations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactively identify and meet Expert/customer needs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management style
  • Ability to take detailed technical observations and roll-up to a strategic vision around which other teams can organize
  • Experience leading strategic business transformational activities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products such as Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or any applicable mass communication discipline is preferred
  • Strong communication, writing and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence others by demonstrating a high degree of collaboration with peers and key stakeholders at all levels
  • Capable of working in an autonomous, fast-paced environment with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • 3-5 years work and writing experience in a related field such as sales or operations
  • Black Belt certification encouraged
  • 3-5 years collaborating with senior leaders to recommend, plan, and execute organizational initiatives

Pay: Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The budgeted starting salary range for this role, is $76,200 with flexibility to go up + potential for bonuses.
