Title: Customer Service Navigator Type: Temp-To-Hire Pay: $18.00 Location: Nashville, TN – Onsite Start Date: September 26th, 2022 Schedule: Monday – Friday – 9:30AM-6:30PM -10:00PM-7:00PM General Job Description: We work to ensure that Medicare shopping and plan enrollment is simplified for all eligible individuals. The Navigator helps to answer customer questions regarding basic Medicare knowledge as well as walking through our shopping site from account creation to Medicare plan viewing. To do well in this role you need to be calm and stable with frustrated customers and provide top-of-the-line service to all who reach out for support. Primary Responsibilities: Provides a world-class customer service experience Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude at all times. Responding promptly to customer outreach. Communication through various channels (chat, telephone, and email support). Primarily inbound communication, with some outbound callback needs Open communication within your team during busier times. Assist customers with troubleshooting while remaining patient and providing high level customer service Sit at a desk for a cumulative 8-hour shift; Two hours between breaks and lunch. Qualifications for the job: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience with Windows, MS Office, etc 1 year experience working in a contact center environment 5 years experience working in customer service role Navigate multiple screens for efficiency and effectiveness
