Insight Global’s Client s seeking a Grant Specialists to provide call center support and technical assistance to childcare providers from the state of New Jersey who are applying for wage and program quality grants using the states childcare registry system. These grants are for licensed childcare programs through the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development. Training for all duties will be provided. Minimum RequirementsExperience working in a remote setting NEED to have: working laptop or computer that they can use with high speed internet 3 years Data Entry experience (multitasking – taking information over the phone and entering into a system) Bachelors degree Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Active listening skills and great communication Attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable Desired SkillsExperience with reviewing grants, applications, eligibility information Experience with tuition reimbursement Experience with salesforce Childcare/Health background or government background Experience with Microsoft Teams Experience with Five9
