The Job
The Sales Assistant is highly detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills. This is an extremely fast-paced position that requires an individual who can embrace teamwork and has a passion for helping others.
You should be familiar with:
• Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective time management
• Exceptional follow-through and problem-solving skills
Ideally, you•ll:
• Have experience in a wholesale distribution environment
• Have promotional products experience
• Be detail oriented, energetic, driven, and self-motivated
• Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Have had some experience with leadership or leading a team
What you•ll be doing:
• Order management from entry through delivery
• Working with factories to organize artwork and direct shipments and communicating details to customers.
• Supporting the team with product research, quotes, order entry, coordination with accounting, creation of presentations
• Other administrative tasks as needed
You•d be able to:
• Have a meaningful impact on the company’s future, and share in the rewards accordingly
• Assist with product orders that impact thousands of customers
