The Senior Manager, Leadership & Development is responsible for designing, building, preparing, delivering, managing, and improving content and facilitation for global enterprise leadership development. This role will partner with the functional HR and business teams to assess and deliver tailored learning strategies to meet specific enterprise needs. They will provide insight and guidance on facilitation and content development trends and integrate new tools and techniques within the business as needed. They will also, build and implement solutions to ramp up functional business partners to understand, recommend and/or facilitate enterprise training content. They will accomplish this through personal execution and guiding the execution of others.

As a Sr. Manager, Learning & Development, here s what you can expect to do:

  • 50% Content Delivery and Facilitation

Deliver standard and customized L&D facilitation, fostering a global, comprehensive, aligned approach across the enterprise processes including targeted leadership development, learning & education to professional and senior leadership audiences. Outline, plan, and resource the delivery schedules/plans for enterprise facilitation. Drive leadership development programs and learning initiatives to completion including hitting all key global growth milestones, and deliverables to achieve key priority outcomes.

  • 40% Content Development Leadership

Assess needs, set outcomes and lead the design of innovative development content and solutions to meet specific business or functional requests. Apply design thinking and root-cause analysis to analyze the true needs underlying a specific request, and influence stakeholders to address underlying needs instead of presenting problems. Ensure programs anticipate future and emerging needs, are tailored to fit the business/functional context, and are experiential and relevant to the audience. Move beyond best practice approaches to create the next generation of best practices. Guide and direct other instructional and digital design resources as needed

  • 10% Client Partnership and Team Effectiveness

Improve team impact and organizational solutions usage by partnering with functional LDBPS, HRBP s and management to connect needs to offering, upgrade content, customize delivery, and ramp up their ability to understand, recommend, and or deliver enterprise content and solutions

Here s what you ll bring to the team:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in HR, DEI, talent development, talent management, organizational development, program management, instructional design, and/or communication
  • Experience with leadership coaching, assessments or building individual development plans for others or teams
  • Experience facilitating to various audiences including senior leadership and various methods (i.e. virtual and in person)
  • Experience in curriculum design, program development and project management required. OE/OD and/or consulting experience preferred.
  • Vital talent insight, strategic orientation, and enterprise breadth preferred
  • Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and recommend solutions
  • Experience managing development programs or offerings over time
  • Professional curiosity and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and take initiative to pursue solutions
  • Ability to understand, track and communicate data to demonstrate impact of facilitation
  • Desire to build expertise in one or more areas of talent development or DEI

Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The budgeted salary range for this role starts at $96, 500+ with potential for bonuses.
