Gojob is hiring Shipping Clerks immediately for a reputable company in Nashville, TN. Candidates will operate standup forklifts to ensure trucks are loaded, and trays and dollies are unloaded properly. Also, ensures the production of safe, high-quality products, promotes good company morale, and completes all checklists and forms in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities:
Loading and unloading trailers – at times loading and unloading will be done by hand as well as with equipment
Operate standup forklift
Product verification, receiving, and putting-away
Completing load sheets, trailer inspections, BOL’s, etc.
Housekeeping duties of both the shipping docks and trailers
Ensures proper rotation and quality of product
Direct communication with Supervisor
Work environment:
The position is in an industrial setting that involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions, as well as Good Manufacturing Processes compliance. Will be pushing and pulling stacks of product that may weigh as much as 250 lbs. May lift materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds on a recurring basis.
Qualifications:
Ability to process large volumes of repetitive work to meet established deadlines is required
Ability to lift heavy materials weighing up to fifty (50) pounds may be required
Experience with motorized pallets jacks and electric standup forklifts
Candidates MUST HAVE stand-up forklift experience.
Pay rate: $17.50/hr.
