Position Overview:
This position is the front-line ambassador to the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium
Create a premier experience for guests at Nissan Stadium
Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the Stadium
Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, team officials, players, and other individuals associated with the event
Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them
Required Qualifications:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have strong, clear communication skills
Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
You have the ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
