Join the Advocacy Trust team as a Trust Operations Specialist and use your exceptional organizational, analytical, and time-management skills to provide operational support to our internal and external clients.

- Flexibility in handling multiple projects

- Exercise good judgement, discretion, accuracy, organizational ability, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and investment vehicles, i.e., stocks, bonds, mutual funds, insurance products, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working at a financial intermediary such as a bank trust department, broker dealer, registered investment advisor, independent trust company in a middle office or other support function.
- Experience with trust accounting platforms, i.e., FIS AddVantage, SEI Wealth Platform, Trust 3000, etc.
- Experience with brokerage accounting platforms, i.e., Fidelity Wealthscape, Orion,
- Experience with tax processing for investment and trust accounts.
Performance Metrics:
- Ensure timely completion of regularly assigned functions.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
