This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Call Center Accounts Receivable Analyst-Hybrid remote will include:
- Receives inbound calls in high volume AR department and assists with AR related customer questions
- Assist in managing high volume AR department email boxes
- Escalates issues and difficult matters to appropriate department.
- Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks

Job Requirements
As a Call Center Accounts Receivable Analyst-Hybrid remote you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year prior call center experience needed
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- High sense of urgency
- High level of integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience of Excel
