KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Data Analysis to join our Data Strategy & Operations organization.Responsibilities:Responsible for understanding business stakeholder’s data and information requirements and providing a solution grounded in data strategyLead delivery activities of data and information projects; lead data analysis activities including documenting data interfaces and data mappings, analyzing and interpreting dataEstablish data subject matter SMEs including business and technical relationships; establish Data Analysis best practices, standards and productivity enablement toolsManage 3rd party vendor relationships, recruit, onboard and ramp up resourcesWrite and manage SOWs and RFPs; provide technical management and help build high performing teamsStay abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking and associated training and seminarsQualifications:Minimum ten years of recent deep knowledge of multiple Data domains (Finance, HR, CRM, etc.) including experience with data sourcing, data analysis and data integrationBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experienceExperience managing resources including 3rd party resources with SOWsHands on experience with any of the following: SQL, Python and AlteryxStrong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
