At CSI, our people make all the difference. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proven business-to-business Sales Manager focused on selling staffing solutions to prospects and clients on a local and national basis with an emphasis on growing the local market.

Our Sales Managers benefit from an excellent team of recruiters, support resources, leadership, and sales tools. We offer competitive base salaries coupled with an aggressive commission program. This position would be based in Nashville, TN.

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for evolving and selling staffing solutions aligned with our client’s business needs and managing the entire delivery lifecycle.
  • In this role, it is essential that you can apply staffing & overall business knowledge and experience to bring new business and staffing insights to prospects and clients.
  • Success will be measured on revenue attainment, account penetration, temps on assignments, and gross margin
  • Adept at account mapping, building relationships and gaining introductions to key decision makers inside of named accounts.
  • Developing the sales strategy and delivering key presentations and proposals at all levels within customer organizations.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with executives and influencers in organizations
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the client’s business including their organizational structure, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues.
  • Accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Impeccable communication skills both written and oral
  • Strong phone presence and willingness to make cold calls to a variety of manager contacts
  • Ability to be both extremely detailed oriented and organized
  • A flair for conjuring up creative solutions and not being satisfied with the status quo
  • A nice blend of being patiently impatient aka having a great sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working within areas of grey and being both self-directed and self-motivated
  • Excited to be challenged and want to grow both personally and professionally
