What youll do:

  • Establish and maintain customer focus; provide strong customer focus to increase sales and decrease exposure to loss, assist with difficult customer situations, and contact/interact with local authorities

  • Drive results; utilize in-store physical resources and document all known theft/attempted theft situations

  • Develop teams; adjust performing assignments and support, train, and coach others

  • Have fun creating memorable shopping experiences for all of our customers

What youll need:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor

  • Minimum of 1 year of Asset Protection experience

  • Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees

  • Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled. Minimum number of hours is not guaranteed
