Job Details
The Project Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the entire project delivery process
and coordination with other discipline(s), internal or external to our company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing client relationships.
- Determining and guiding overall project direction.
- Driving and overseeing all technical and design aspects of project.
- Managing resources and productivity.
- Determining, enforcing, and meeting deadlines.
- Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that
- are primarily within a single discipline.
- Building strong client relationship and presenting at public meetings are essential to this
- position.
- Position requires retail, commercial and residential land development experience.
- Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills are
- necessary.
Required Experience:
- A PE (Professional Engineer) License is preferred, not required. EIT would be a plus, too.
- 10+ years experience in Land Development
- Supervision of full-time staff
