Job Details
Job Duties:
- Responsible for Full Service Accounting for Books
- Maintain General Ledger
- AP / AR
- Maintain project budgets within Google Sheets
- Daily maintenance of Bank Account Reconciliations
- Project Specific Disbursements and Closing Entries
- Monthly Close Procedures
- Maintain Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for all sets of books
- Detailed Monthly Financial Reporting and Tracking
- Cash Flow Management and Tracking for All Entities and Personal
- Maintain Owner’s equity position in all entities
- Investor Tracking and Reporting
- Handle Insurance Audits and Requests
- Payroll and Employee Benefit and PTO Tracking
- Manage Rental Income and Expenses
Requirements:
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of accounting experience – construction experience preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Sheets
