**Position Summary**The primary function of the Sales Coordinator is to support their respective Sales Directors in acquiring new business through project management, document preparation and data management support.**Essential Functions**Support Sales Directors with day-to-day standard tasks, unique requests support, and one-off and ongoing projects, requests including but not limited to:**Expense report submission****Polaris:** Service requests/Updates including post-Win/implementation**Lotus Notes/Aptus**+ Request/Changes Submitted+ Get follow-up info needed for SMEs+ Ensure on track for draft deliverables**SalesForce Updates**+ Update data (lives/aRx count) during RFP process+ Enter opportunities in SF+ Close out opportunities+ Update winner+ Add next opportunity, Add notes**RFPs/Proposals**+ Check for non-competes+ Pre-RFP questionnaires, if owned by Sales+ Participate in RFP kick-off meetings+ Retail network/plan design requests+ Data requests+ Clinical Reports (SPARC, SaveOnSP, formulary disruption, etc.)**Finalist/Post RFP**+ Update SF with finalist attendees+ Run Network Disruption+ Project Manage Post-Sale Process**Signature Control Report – Coalitions****PSCRF Support**+ Track moving through approval process+ Get follow-up info needed for SMEs+ Ensuring entered for go-live dates**Qualifications**+ BA/BS degree or 6 – 8 years relevant working experience+ 0-2 years sales support/project management experience+ Advanced Microsoft Office application proficiency required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)+ Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential+ Ability to work in a team environment+ Ability to keep sensitive information confidential+ Knowledge of business operations and policies is helpfulIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.**About Cigna**Cigna Corporation exists to improve lives.
