You’ll be responsible for assisting the Project Manager with the following.
- Project schedule
- Project financial performance reports
- Monthly owner project status reports
- Recording meeting minutes
- Project close-out
- Punch list items and procedures
- Quality control inspections
- Project Permit Process
- Bid packages and Procurement
