Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year

Job Details

This role is responsible for all estimating or preconstruction services work product. The Director will provide leadership in all phases of project preconstruction to assure success. The Director is expected to provide specific, detailed directions and assistance to the Preconstruction teams with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding. Additionally the Director will have working knowledge of all projects under their care in the division and work in close coordination with the Preconstruction staff/project teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of their duties.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 20+ years of construction experience.
  • 5-10 years as a Senior Preconstruction Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple project teams with successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to be outwardly-focused in developing relationships.
  • Preferred 4 year degree in a construction-related curriculum.
