Our projects span from wastewater to K-12 to government to transportation to urban planning. As a multidisciplinary firm, our services include architecture, construction management, land surveying, landscape architecture, transportation engineering, municipal engineering, and environmental.
We have a new office in Nashville and are hiring a Project Surveyor Manager to help us build out and manage a new surveying division.

Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associates in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relatable field
- Registered Surveyor (PS), preferred
- 5+ years experience with Land Surveying, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience with Civil 3D, Carlson, MicroStation, Trimble Robotics Total Station
Day-to-day:
- Prepare survey descriptions and plats for boundary surveys, subdivisions, or easements
- Prepare scopes of work, estimates/budgets, and oversight for projects
- Right of Way and Property Lines calculations
- Handle client communications
- Field work as needed
