Roles & Responsibilities

  • Opportunity to work in Digital Transformation project in new & upcoming domain – Automotive sector à EV domain
  • Creating business architecture models to reflect the customer’s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals
  • Define product architecture including product roadmap & downstream integrations
  • Work with Customer stakeholders to gather requirements and getting approval for the proposed solution
  • Document requirements in HLD (High Level Design) & LLD (Low Level Design) templates aligned with Customer stakeholders – Architecture Review Board
  • Architect at enterprise level Cloud based Smart products including Device to Cloud connectivity, Predictive analytics, Edge computing, Microservices/Integration, web & mobile apps
  • Monitor & support implementation of IoT platforms, Cloud apps & DevSecOps
  • Work with the development team to help in solutioning, following industry standards, customer defined standards and best practices
  • Responsible for client deliverables and delivering business results in line with program objectives, targets
  • Work in agile methodology with clear focus on delivering MVPs
  • Conduct sessions for Customer stakeholders (IT & Business team) for each MVP releases
  • Ownership in constructing and conversion of large deals in Digital engineering
  • Conceptualization and Cross-pollination of digital solutions across verticals
  • Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the customer enterprise systems and products

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in large scale complex digital transformation projects including at least 1 end to end IoT/Connected project
  • Should have 5+ years of proven experience as Solution Architect, architect level certification (TOGAF)
  • Good exposure to Automotive vertical, specifically to EV domain
  • Experience in design and implementation of Connected Car platform preferably in EV segment including Plug and Charge, telematics and battery management services
  • Good experience in at least one of the IoT platform & cloud apps (AWS, Azure) and well aware of device deployment strategies
  • Strong in Strategic business orientation with excellent technical, analytical and leadership skills
  • Able to understand the business cases and translate them into workable solution(s)
  • Evaluate architectures and make technology design choices
  • Responsible to ensure conformance and compliance of projects and programs with Architect guidelines. Essentially the “voice of the customer” during development activities.
  • Strong in Object-oriented design, data structures and design patterns
  • Keen eye for performance, security and scalability aspects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

Preferable academic background

• Engineering graduate with 15-18 years’ experience in IT industry

• Cloud Solution Architect certification – AWS/Azure/GCP
