What You Will Be Doing
- Work with the other leaders of the team to create and define the vision and strategy of the company
- Be able to provide both high level and specific tactical executions
- Be in charge of the platform infrastructure, architecture, etc.
- Work with the board of directors wen needed
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Info Systems or similar
- Experience leading a companies technology Innovation
- Experience building, growing and leading small to mid-size teams
- Able to be hands on when needed and maintain technical acumen
- Excellent communication skills with ability to be SME
- Deep understanding of life sciences such as biotech, pharma, etc.
What’s In It for You
- Compensation: $325,000-$350,000 + 30% bonus
- 401(k) + 3% matching, vested immediately
