Role: Trainer and Site Support

Responsibilities
The professional who assumes this role will deliver training for a new system caseworkers will use to process applications for SNAP and TANF. You will watch demos and ask questions to understand and become expert in the system’s functionality and how your learners will use it. You will deliver training both virtually and in-person over a 4 week period throughout each of 3 go lives. In between each of the system’s go lives, you will serve as front-line support to staff using the new system before transitioning back into your training role. We are looking for prior experience with SNAP and TANF and ideally experience with Deloitte’s Integrated Eligibility systems
