We are looking for an F&B Supervisor to supervise and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food & beverage quality and service. Ensure a positive guest experience, taking ownership of situations and following up on every request.
*Essential Responsibilities:*
* Support and supervise the hotel F&B Outlets while working closely with rest of the F&B leadership team.
* Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for guests.
* Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
* Adjusts complaints of guests.
* Assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of outlet staff to ensure prompt and courteous service to guests.
* Inspects outlet serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisitions table linens and other outlet supplies for tables and serving stations.
* May interview, outlet candidates, train outlet staff, schedule work hours and keep time records of outlet workers.
* May assist in planning menus, prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
* May collect payment from guests and total receipts at end of shift to verify sales and clear cash register.
* Rewards associates who use their empowerment to meet or exceed guest expectations.

* The ability to be Happy!
* One year experience as cashier, two years experience as a server, and one year in direct sales or the retail trade; OR, an equivalent combination of experience.
* TIPS Certification and Food Safety Certification
* The Desire to be a part of a team that cares
* Ability to use judgment and reasoning to cope with emergencies, such as sudden illness, accident, or interrupted service.
* Flexibility with schedule–able to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays
