Duties:-Arriving on time and in uniform-Maintaining a clean and organized work area-Complete tasks quickly and accurately-Communicating culinary needs and problems with executive chefs-Completing a prep list within a set amount of time-Read and follow a recipe, adjusting for volume-Plating of items including but not limited to appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts, display boardsSkills and Qualifications:-2+ years culinary experience .-Knowledge of food profession principles and practices.-Good communication skills.-Ability to meet daily deadlines.-Ability to read a banquet events order (BEO) and execute accurately and on time.
