A Day in the Life of a Client Support Coordinator:
• Customer Interaction: Be the point of contact for customers, providing essential information and resolving any issues with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Approve resolutions for service or billing complaints, including exchanges, refunds, and adjustments, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
• Record Management: Review and audit customer interaction records, ensuring all inquiries are documented accurately for quality control.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
• Experience: You have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2-3 years of customer service experience-experience in customer support or service-related roles is highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Your strong verbal and written communication skills make you an expert in handling customer inquiries with professionalism and precision.
• Tech Savvy: You’re proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and have excellent data entry skills.
• Bonus Points: If you’re bilingual in French, that’s a definite plus!
