Safety, Health & Enviromental- Sr. Safety Engineer

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will hold a 4-year degree in Occupational Safety & Health (or a related field), have at least 10 years of experience in safety and health within a manufacturing environment, and possess a current Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and guidance for safety and health programs.
  • Identify workplace risks through observation and assessments; recommend solutions to reduce or eliminate hazards.
  • Conduct safety reviews for Management of Change (MOC) projects.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards, as well as internal company policies.
  • Lead or assist in accident investigations and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Prepare teams for corporate safety audits and assessments.
  • Collaborate with employees at all levels to build a culture of safety.
