OfficeTeam is looking for MULTIPLE User Support specialists for a large, exciting company in Downtown Nashville!
As a User Support Specialist you will provide assistance via email and chat to users. The right candidate must have excellent writing skills, and provide superior customer service, ensuring that all of the users needs are met. MUST be familiar with multiple Social media platforms.
These are contract roles slated to last 4-6 months. You MUST be located in or around the Nashville area. This role starts out remote, but may transition to on site at a later date.
