INDUSTRIAL is seeking a Marketing Analyst that excels at utilizing data to optimize campaigns while also understanding the ever-changing digital ecosystems behind those campaigns.
The ideal candidate should bring 3+ years experience in planning, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaigns and business operations.n nThe Marketing Analyst will work with the Content, Creative, Development, and Media teams to execute client marketing campaigns by setting up tracking between all digital systems (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Call Tracking Metrics, etc.) to ensure that all marketing activities can be measured accurately.
The ideal candidate will be able to build robust reports and dashboards that provide insights and optimization opportunities across all client campaigns.n nThe Marketing Analyst reports to the Director of Analytics and is INDUSTRIAL’s primary data tactician.
The successful candidate will have a drive to get quality work done, a keen attention to detail, and fearless problem-solving skills for troubleshooting any minor technical hurdles encountered along the way.
The Marketing Analyst will regularly collaborate with others to facilitate the implementation of new or improved marketing activities that will aid INDUSTRIAL and its clients, so proven collaboration and teamwork abilities are a must.n nThis position is ideally located in our Nashville, Tenn.
headquarters, but remote work is also a possibility if located elsewhere.n n Duties & Responsibilitiesn Collaborate on digital marketing strategy development Analyze and measure marketing campaigns on various digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and trade media publications Maintain understanding of fundamental digital marketing metrics and how they interact and influence one another Remain up to date with knowledge of client-specific KPIs and general business information Work with Media team to ensure client campaigns goals/objectives are achieved Ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly reports and optimization recommendations across client list Successfully work across ad platforms and leverage Excel and other measurement tools to optimize digital marketing campaignsn n Absolute Must Haven n KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESn Flexible, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects at once and meticulously follow process Detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through Advanced data analysis skills in Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms Strategic thinker with proven ability to build and grow client relationships Ability to analyze data and information and translate into actionable strategies Strong written, verbal, and visual communicationn n Would Be Awesome To Have (but Not Necessary)n A strong working knowledge of digital media platforms, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs Business analytics experience
