Cortech is seeking to hire a communication specialist for our client in Nashville, TN
The Communications Specialist is responsible for communications within HCA HR, to leaders and employees in HCA affiliates, and to select external audiences, in particular focusing on building and sustaining tools that help affiliate staff enhance the patient experience. The Specialist will interface with all levels in the organization. Working closely with communications specialists and graphic designers, the HR communication specialist will be involved in the creation, development and implementation of a wide range of communications projects, including HR brand reputation, HR business partner communications, and will support Patient Experience initiatives, goals and objectives via a variety of print, digital and web-based channels with graphic design, layout, and visual principles, creative problem solving, and multifaceted communication best practices.
Bachelor’s degree degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business Communication, Writing for publication (Journalism, Advertising or Marketing), Design/Graphic Arts, multimedia or related field Required
1+ year(s) of experience in Internal communications design, writing, and/or web/social media Required
3+ years of experience in in the marketing, advertising, internal communications, design or creative field at in-house or agency environments Required
