As the Account Manager, you will help advertisers solve their most pressing digital challenges leveraging the latest digital technology and the unique media assets of iHeartMedia.

We are looking for a strategic individual who has built relationships with advertisers based on a consultative approach through digital expertise, data-driven insights, and growth strategies.

You will be successful here if you are a problem solver, endlessly curious and a team-player who is looking to directly impact the digital strategies of key advertisers.**Responsibilities**+ Support advertisers and sales with end to end digital planning & activation+ Respond to digital RFPs and craft media plans based on business objectives and KPIs+ You’ll ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization+ You’ll measure clients’ advertising campaign success and ROI through actionable insights data-driven storytelling+ You’ll work cross-functionally and act as a liaison between multiple internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to ensure successful onboarding and growth of accounts**Required Skills & Experience**+ Excellent interpersonal skills and collaboration with others+ Excellent written and verbal communication+ Excellent leadership and coaching ability; with a proven track record for successfully coaching others in digital practices+ Adept as entrepreneurial self-starter+ Expert understanding of digital media and advertising+ Proven track record of managing production workflow, timelines and schedules+ Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and multi task in a fast-paced environment+ Proven track record of using reporting & research tools to inform proposal development+ Proven track record of analyzing campaign performance data to deliver insights to advertisers+ Expert in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint+ +2 years experience in Digital Advertising planning and buying+ An understanding of the Digital Audio & Podcast industry a plus+ Knowledge of Google DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus+ An understanding of Paid & Influencer Social Media a plus**Critical Competencies**+ Adaptability: You see an ever-changing digital media landscape as an opportunity for growth and can rapidly incorporate new information into existing frameworks to make decisions.+ Accountability: You effectively organize your time to complete projects you own and can take ownership of creating new solutions when the current playbook doesn’t apply.

Your communication with internal stakeholders is clear, actionable, and garners their support to help make your clients successful.**Compensation and Benefits**HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $19.00
