The Marketing Manager’s Mission is to deploy & optimize high-converting sales funnels. Part project manager and part strategist, the Marketing Manager works like an “alchemist” — collaborating with their team to combine products, strategies and resources into marketing campaigns that attract loyal customers.
Job Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years Marketing Experience
• Cross departmental Project Management
• Expert User: Microsoft Office, Google Docs
• Prior experience managing campaign/offer projects from start to finish, including sales funnels or KPIs (ROI etc)
• Developing sales-page copy / content
• Optimizing web assets and performance (SEO, Affiliate or Content mktg)
• Formal or informal leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasion skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to work under a deadline
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to think creatively and in an innovative way
• Ability to multitask and work on a team with fast-paced projects and self-learning
• A Plus: experience in eCommerce (Shopify, Shopify Plus, Drupal or WooCommerce), Copywriting, Direct Response Marketing, Analytics, Brand Development or Merchandising / GMP Management, Microsoft Office 365,
