Commercial Finance Attorney
Our client is a mid-market law firm with an expanding national presence.
They have a need for a commercial finance attorney who wants to practice and compete at the highest level.
Job Requirements:
Must have between two and five years of sophisticated law firm experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Asset-based loans
- Acquisition and development financing
- Secured and unsecured financing
- Syndicated and single lender loan transactions
- Multi-state real estate financing
- DIP financing
- Intercreditor arrangements
- Workouts and restructuring
Prefer Big Law firm experience.
Must have superior academics.
