Job Purpose and Impact

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift
Compensation: $23.00/hr

This role requires performing the functions necessary for the orderly and efficient distribution of stocking and receiving of packaging and ingredients to ensure production is able to run.

This role is also responsible for receiving deliveries in accordance with site program and use of PIT (Power Industrial Truck) all while making safety the number one priority.

It also requires being able to read manuals written in English and the ability to write and document information.

Key Accountabilities
* Perform repetitive tasks
* Receiving of packaging and ingredients
* Verification of packing slips
* Learn and maintain inventory system
* Data entry of receipts into inventory system
* Inventory cycle counts
* Operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT)
* Communicate with Logistics, Security, and Purchasing to maintain production
* Follow all safety and quality policy requirements
* Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Right to work in the U.S.

that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or visa sponsored by a third-party employer
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, or 1 years’ experience in a shipping/receiving role
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or military work environment
* Proficient use of computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, etc

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving experience
* Prior experience handling inventory cycle counts
* Prior experience implementing or managing inventory control systems
* Prior experience in a safety sensitive environment, including prior Hazardous Materials training
* Prior experience using SAP to track inventory
