Job Title: Accounts Receivables Collections Analyst

Position Summary:

Works with more complex internal and external customers to procure payment of Accounts Receivable balances due. Performs activities under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities for this position will include the following:

* Works with more complex customers to process payments.
* Prepares statements of accounts for customers.
* Answers basic and complex customer inquiries.
* Prepares analysis of accounts.
* Conducts root cause analysis of late payments and suggests process improvements.
* Prepares month end reporting.
* Participates in and/or leads projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Position Requirements:

* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

* Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Additional information from the manager:

* This is a Monday – Friday position with working hours of 7:30/8:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM CST.

* Selected hire when they start – they will need to be on-site for training. Once trained, most of the time they will be working remote from home.

* When the manager is ready to interview, she will be requesting Zoom interviews.
