People Services/HR Intern

ENA is seeking a student interested in gaining hands-on experience as a People Services/HR Intern to join our team.

What you will do:
As People Services Intern, you will gain hands-on experience while working with the team on several key projects and initiatives, including transitioning to an electronic employee filing system, research and implementation of ENAs diversity sourcing initiatives, as well as reenergizing ENAs career development chart and helping the team develop an internal SharePoint site.

In addition, the People Services Intern will assist the team in other HR duties.

This paid internship will last through August 31st.

The intern will be expected to work approximately 25-28 hours per week.

Who you are:
A college-level Junior or Senior with completed classwork in business or human resources (preferred)
Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Excel & Word
Able to work remotely a majority of the time, including a strong internet connection (required)
Local to Nashville, with the ability to work from the office on occasion, as needed
