Compensation: Pay is base + commission ($53,000-$100,000+) and is competitive and in accordance with the market. The Job: The Account Executive is an inside sales role. The individual in this role sells to small employers and will be passionate about helping employers manage their organizations more effectively, will be committed to success, and most importantly, will love to sell!
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director
Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
Experience in all facets of a complete sales cycle including hunting for, finding, and closing new business.
Willingness to hunt.
Must be comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking difficult questions.
Must be comfortable with being held accountable to sales-related key performance indicators.
Must sell consultatively – not on price, product features, benefits, bells, or whistles.
Must have high desire, commitment, motivation, and goal orientation.
