Zycron is one of the largest IT solutions firms headquartered in Tennessee and we have a great opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician with our client in Nashville, TN. This is a contracted position with the intent to go permanent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
- Troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and assistance where required. Project related work may be assigned.
- Other tasks will be assigned on an as needed basis.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree in Computer Science required.
