RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a HR Recruiter. Duties Include:
- HR Recruiter will participate in the entire recruitment process, from strong pipeline generation to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with business leaders to determine needs, assess candidates, and assist with salary negotiations
- As a HR Recruiter, you will engage in talent mapping and succession planning

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting/sourcing for both exempt and non-exempt roles
- Applicants must have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-profile roles in a similar industry
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maximize team performance, while maintaining a working environment that’s fun and professionally rewarding
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance and manage many simultaneous competing priorities with multiple hiring managers
- iCims or other ATS, Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
