Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 per year

Job Details
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years’ experience with MEP / HVAC projects
- PE for the state of TN, preferred
- LEED AP, preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
Day-to-day:
- Be a Subject Matter Expert and lead design and project coordination for mechanical engineering projects in the commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare spaces
- Assist with marketing and business development with the development of project proposals
- Project planning, cost estimation, and schedule development
- Identify potential issues and risk with designs and construction plans
- Establish / maintain relationships with clients
- Mentor junior engineers
- Conduct site visits as needed and create reports
