*We Are Seeking A Qualified Professional Driver For Our Nashville, TN. Petroleum Division. This is a Home Daily driving position. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday with a flexible start time. *
*Drivers day will consist of delivering petroleum products to our customer base in Nashville and surrounding areas. *

*Minimum Hiring Requirements: *
* _*23 years of age*_
* _*1-year verifiable Class A driving experience*_
* _*5 jobs or less in the last 10 years, preferred*_
* _*Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 3 years*_
* _*Valid class A commercial driver’s license*_
* _*Hazardous Material endorsement required for all hazmat shipments*_
* _*Tank endorsement*_
* _*Must be eligible to obtain TWIC card*_
* _*Ability to pass a criminal background check*_
* _*Must pass a DOT physical*_
* _*Must pass DOT drug screen*_
* _*Complete required online training before orientation *_

*Retention Bonus (company drivers only)- Annual Payout *
* Tier 1: Less than two years = $200 annually
* Tier 2: Two years = $400 annually
* Tier 3: Five years = $800 annually
Tier 4: Ten years = $1,000 annually
Please note – Company Drivers are eligible for retention bonuses regardless of FOCUS eligibility. The retention bonus is based solely on years of service.
