The Aegis University Program Coordinator will manage and serve as the main point of contact for the organization’s Learning Management System. This includes oversight of product enhancements, roll-outs, vendor relations, eLearning integration and all organizational training and development reporting requirements. He or she will also assist with eLearning development and technical training efforts when needed. He or she will also work closely with the Manager, Aegis University to manage the continuing education and development process. He or she will also oversee coordination of special events, workshops, classes, etc. related to training and development. This position is also responsible for the development, design, implementation, and maintenance of the AU home page on the organization’s intranet site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LMS, including working closely with vendor and internal stakeholders. Develop communications to team members for LMS support and troubleshoots all non-technical LMS issues
- Develop and maintain AU Intranet home page and supporting documents/pages
- Maintain all course-related records, including but not limited to course participants and their affiliations with the LMS
- Serve as main point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding LMS functionality and customer service
- Develop and deliver LMS reporting for all training & development activities, courses, etc.
- Oversee coordination/logistics of training events, classes, workshops, etc.
- Assist with eLearning development efforts, when needed
- Provide support for training efforts as necessary
Successful Candidates Must Possess:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in business, Organizational Development or related field strongly preferred
- A minimum of one (1) year of learning and development or human resources related experience required
- Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, multimedia and SharePoint required
- Capable of completing tasks and projects with little guidance and supervision
- Ability to work on multiple tasks without sacrificing quality and attention to detail required
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and adept and conversing on an executive level with a variety of professionals; capable of directing and maintaining an executive level group focus and scheduling
- Strong organizational skills required
- Direct Learning Management System experience with a focus on product enhancements, reporting analytics and eLearning integration (SCORM) preferred
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, etc.) preferred
