Trainer

The Trainer responsible for the design and development of training curriculum as well as facilitation of training programs. He or she will support Aegis University events, initiatives, and projects including the Corporate Internship Program and New Hire Orientation. Additionally, he or she will be responsible for building assessment plans and measuring training effectiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update curriculum to support learning initiatives
  • Facilitate learning engagements and lead classroom discussion
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training consistency and effectiveness
  • Integrate best learning practices with training programs and online learning platforms
  • Contribute and recommend new ideas for enhancing the current learning programs to improve the adult learning outcomes
  • Design learning outcomes and dashboards to support global learning goals
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation Classes
  • Coordinates and oversees the Internship Program
  • Supports Aegis University in non-lab projects
  • Assist with Learning Management System administration as needed

Successful Candidates Must Possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Degree in Organizational Leadership, Training, or related field preferred
  • A minimum three (3) years of corporate training and curriculum design required; Experience must include:
  • Education curriculum development, facilitation, and/or e-Learning
  • Experience with instructional design tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience facilitating classroom engagements
  • Experience with Learning Managements Systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
