Microbiology Lab Supervisor
- 2nd Shift Supervisor Position (1pm-9pm)
- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and technical functions of the Lab
- Assist in the implementations of new instruments, policies, and procedures
- Be involved in the training and interviewing process of new employees
- Maintain schedules and work-flow operations
- Ensure department operations within compliance of regulatory agencies
- Assist in annual staff reviews
- Oversee the 2nd and 3rd shift employees of the Lab
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- ASCP MLS – must be able to obtain TN license within 120 days of employment
- TN Supervisor License – must be able to obtain within 120 of employment
- 2 years of formal leadership experience (experience with engagement, collaboration, teamwork)
- 3 years of Microbiology Lab experience
- COVID Vaccination
