Technical Support

Position Title: Technical Support – Tier 1

FULLY onsite in Nashville, no remote flexbility – Candidates must be willing to work shifts between 7am-11pm (8 hour shifts) including weekends

Technologies/Skills

Required – Top 3:

  1. Hardware support – someone that has troubleshot issues with laptops/pcs/pos machines – someone out of a Geek Squad or Hardware repair shop would be ideal
  2. Windows/AD – support
  3. Any Linux OR POS Support experience would be a huge plus

Typical Day to Day:

They will be supporting the Tier 1 support side of things. They are going through a conversion of their POS systems across 30 stores and approximately 70 registers/POS’s. These folks will be picking up the slack for other higher level techs that will be dedicated to that conversion.

Years’ Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:

1-2+ years experience
